You can include a self-destructing link with your login credentials during checkout. Or you can send them to us after you’ve signed up — at your convenience and through our secure channel.
Unlimited edits include content edits, plugin setting changes, and CSS adjustments. They do not include custom development (PHP, custom plugins, custom themes), graphic design, PSD-to-WordPress builds, or building out new websites or subdomains.
Websites with advanced functionality like WooCommerce require our Perform Plan. They take more resources to manage, so ensuring you’re on the right plan means we can dedicate what’s needed to keep your site secure, fast, and running smoothly.
We’ll work with any hosting provider regardless of your setup. We understand different websites have different needs and budgets. If you’d like to upgrade, we’re happy to recommend our trusted hosting partners
Once you sign up for the care plan that makes the most sense for you, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about how to securely send your login credentials. Once we receive your WordPress dashboard and hosting access, we’ll have your plan fully implemented within 24–48 hours. Speed enhancements can take up to a week since we optimize carefully for your unique environment.
Each care plan covers one single site. If you have 3 websites you’d like managed, you’ll need 3 plans. You’re welcome to choose different plans for each website depending on its needs.
