Most common questions
How do I get started with my care plan?
Click the “Choose Plan” button for the plan you want. You’ll be taken to checkout to complete your purchase and create your account. After checkout, we’ll send onboarding emails with instructions on how to securely give our team access to your site. We measure results based on client success and have a whole team devoted to getting you started on the right foot. Plans are fully implemented within 24–48 hours.
How many sites does a plan cover?
Each plan covers one single site, domain, subdomain, or WordPress installation. If you have multiple sites that need managing, each requires its own plan. Looking for multi-site support for clients? Check out our White-Label Program.
What's included in unlimited edits? What's not included?
Unlimited edits include: content edits on any page, changing banners/headers/footers, plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog formatting, adding landing pages, changing images or text, updating shopping carts, and more. Edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes), graphic design, building pages from scratch to match a custom design, or content creation. Unlimited truly means unlimited for what’s included.
Do you offer phone support?
We handle all support through email. While we don’t offer phone support, we’ve made customer service a top priority — our email support is fast, effective, and friendly. Most issues are resolved the same day.
Does it matter what hosting provider I'm using?
Not at all — we’ll work with any website regardless of where it’s hosted. That said, we may not be able to fully achieve your speed and security goals on a shared hosting provider. If you’d like to upgrade, we have a list of trusted hosting partners we can recommend.
How does onboarding work?
After signing up you’ll receive a welcome email with plan details and instructions to securely share your login credentials. Once we have your WordPress dashboard and hosting access, we’ll have your plan fully implemented in 24–48 hours using a 200+ item optimization checklist. Speed enhancements may take up to a week as we carefully optimize for your unique setup. You’ll receive your first weekly report the Monday after you sign up.
Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Absolutely! Websites with advanced functionality like WooCommerce, membership sites, multi-language sites, or sites with on-site payments require our Perform Plan or higher. This ensures we can dedicate the resources needed to keep your site secure, fast, and running smoothly.
Do you work on WordPress Multisite networks?
Yes! Each site in a multisite network requires its own care plan. Due to how WordPress Multisite works, we’re not able to manage just one site on a network — the entire network needs coverage for us to do our job properly.
